We’ll visit the site, confirm project viability and address potential challenges/solutions. We want to be proactive partners and good stewards of your time and resources.

We make sure our plans comply with all codes and regulations, to reduce delays and make the most of your investment. Construction drawings and specifications give contractors everything they need to do their job well and minimize errors.
Once we have the design and construction documents, we will assist you with the bidding process. Whether you prefer to negotiate directly with a contractor or bid the project, we’re committed to finding a contractor that best aligns with your vision and budget.
From there, we’ll work hard to ensure the project meets our high standards and provide answers to whatever questions you or your contractors may have. Your peace of mind and a quality finished product are our top priorities!
